  1. Hi Liz,

I am your student in old Berkeley school on Saturday that was cancelled. I really enjoyed Pilates sessions with (actually missing it). May I know if there are other classes you do? Thanks!

    • Hi Lilybell!

I loved having you in my class at Sabor! 🙂 I will be teaching Barre in that time slot next session. Come to Barre or the 6:30pm Pilates class on Mondays at Sabor that starts next session. The best would be to come to both because they compliment each other really well. There is also a Pilates spot open on Sundays at 11am or Wednesdays at 3:45pm at my house right now. You can join one of those, or we can start a new group session with you and Nastassia at a time that is convenient for you guys!

      See you soon!

      • Hi Liz,

It will be great to continue class with you. May I know if you are available in the weekend to do the class? Weekend is the best time and we will also invite other people to join in. May I know the cost for this too?

        Thanks, Liz! 🙂

        Regards, Lilybell

  2. Hi Lilybell,

Are you interested in Barre or Pilates? I can put you in my Saturday 11:30am Barre Fusion class and/or the Sunday 11:30am Pilates Mat class starting next week. Just make sure you email me at or text/call me at 705-1159 to sign up at least 24 hours in advanced so that I can make sure that there is enough space for everyone! It is first come first served. The cost is $20 per session, $15 if you buy a package of ten. All the info is also on the “Pricing” page of my website. Email or call me to let me know if you would like to sign up, and I can send you all the rest of details you need!

Looking forward to having you in class again, Lilybell! 🙂

  3. I seriously love your blog.. Pleasant colors & theme. Did you make
this amazing site yourself? Please reply back as I’m hoping to create
my own blog and would love to learn where you got this
from or just what the theme is called. Many thanks!

  4. Greetings, There’s no doubt that your web site might be having browser compatibility problems.
Whenever I take a look at your web site in Safari, it looks fine however when opening in Internet Explorer,
it’s got some overlapping issues. I simply wanted to provide
you with a quick heads up! Other than that, excellent

  5. Let’s talk about Guitar Hero or Rock Band and we won’t be needing anymore
expensive pieces of useless plastic. Finally, cheating and hacking
are not the acts of a true hardcore gamer.
50 with the support for Blu-ray 3D Disc Playback also updated.
